Description
• Gather user requirements, write PRDs (product requirement documents), generate LOFI/HIFI designs, directly support engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement • Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing • Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs • Utilize Figma to design interfaces, collaborating with the team • Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B enterprise software • Proven experience in user research, wireframing, and UI design • Experience in supply chain preferred, open to fintech and cybersecurity • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design decisions • A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and a user-centered design approach
