Description

• Lead a team of highly motivated BDRs driving growth for GiveCampus. • Responsible for strategic direction, coaching, and performance management of the team. • Achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets for the BDR team. • Monitor and manage BDR team’s pipeline for qualified opportunities. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing on lead generation strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a BDR or similar role with success in lead generation and management. • 1-2 years of experience managing or mentoring a team, with a focus on coaching and development. • Experience in a startup or fast-paced, unstructured environment. • High energy, empathy, and resilience. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to motivate a team. • Results-oriented mindset focused on team goals. • Excellent communication skills to influence and inspire a team. • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools. • Passion for education, technology, and philanthropy contributing to a positive team culture.
