Description

• Work with the CISO on security program direction • Reinforce security culture across the business • Foster security culture through training and accountability • Develop and execute strategic security programs • Manage and mentor a growing security team • Provide reports on cyber security standing • Provide project management support for security goals • Act as liaison between security team, stakeholders, and customers • Drive ISO 27001 practices and standards • Conduct evaluations of security measures • Supervise incident response planning • Develop and deliver Information Security Awareness program • Perform other ad hoc InfoSec project work as required

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology • 5+ years of experience in operational security • 5+ years of managing technical teams • Experience with management of an ISMS in a fast-paced organization • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and regulations • Successful implementation and management of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 • Background in information security technologies • Certification in security expertise (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to exercise integrity and discretion • Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
