• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service operation • Prior experience in an advisory or sales capacity within the beauty/skincare space • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays • Passion for creating memorable experiences through meaningful personal interactions • Advocate for community inclusion and belonging • Demonstrated ability to show empathy and understanding while driving action • Experience in operational logistics for seamless customer experience • Willingness to roll up sleeves and assist when needed • A true collaborator driven by teamwork • Positive attitude, willing to learn in fast-paced environments • Highly adaptable with multitasking ability • Prior experience with POS or inventory management systems is a plus
