Description

The Columbia Safety team serves clients in trade industries with protective gear and equipment. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients and sales support team. Provide a seamless client experience while leveraging our platform for speed of business. Our teammates are trained points of contact and you will be a high-impact resource.

Requirements

Answer inbound phone calls and assist with customer requests Review and process orders that arrive via our web platforms Creatively troubleshoot and resolve issues, building strategy for resolution before problems arise Monitor open orders for past-due materials Establish and maintain consistent communication methods and cadence with clients Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an excellent client experience Provide honest, consistent, and actionable feedback to Senior Account Manager(s) Other duties as needed to create an exceptional experience for our stakeholders
