Description

• Identify leads for new contract janitorial and maintenance sales by making proactive cold calls (phone, email, and foot canvassing) to generate appointments for yourself; explain types of services offered. • Close sales by building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections. • Run building surveys and present proposals. • Develop and maintain knowledge of the building maintenance industry and quote prices. • Collect and maintain accurate and up to date information on each prospect in CRM. • Create and tailor sales ideas and presentations based on specific prospect needs. • Establish relationships with property managers and key industry association members. • Represent City Wide at various public functions such as golf events, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of success meeting or exceeding sales goals or metrics. • You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. • Outgoing, dynamic personality • Ability to accurately compute rate, ratio, percent, and margins to execute bidding appropriately. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Metrics oriented and organized, with a strong need to win. • Ability to work with a variety of personality types in a high pace, high stress environment, and frequently perform a variety of tasks involving different aptitudes, technologies, and procedures.
