Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue department managers to align HR strategies with business objectives • Design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on talent development and addressing employee concerns • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Support change management initiatives within the Sales organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting a Sales or related client group • Strong understanding of HR Best Practices and the specific company function they support • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and solve complex organizational challenges • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills • Analytical and solution oriented mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to support decision-making • Experience with change management processes • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Experience supporting global teams is a plus
