Description
• Maximize Gong data value using data science expertise on GTM conversation dataset • Work with unstructured data to drive insights and innovate extraction methods • Develop and implement advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms to uncover sales trends
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in data science within Sales/GTM context • Strong experience with data science, statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive algorithms • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., Python) • Proven experience in extracting insights from data from pre-and post-sales and customer success • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
