Description

• Utilize your established book of business to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients who can benefit from our white glove recruitment platform. • Proactively reach out to new prospects through cold calling to generate leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings. • Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their recruitment challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. • Showcase the unique features and benefits of our platform through engaging presentations, demos, and tailored proposals. • Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using our CRM system. • Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and client feedback to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong existing book of business and a history of successful sales performance. • Familiarity with recruitment or HR technology solutions is highly preferred. • Experience selling SaaS or related services is a plus. • Strong experience using CRM systems to manage sales activities, track client interactions, and analyze sales data. • Strong consultative selling abilities, including experience in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively.

Benefits
