PocketHealth is a patient-centric cloud platform that enables medical imaging providers across North America to share imaging records electronically with patients, instantly and securely. Since its launch in 2016, the platform has grown its functionality to enable direct sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant DICOM retrieval and automated importing capability, creating a unified image management solution for their over 500 hospital and imaging clinic customers across North America. Account Executive

Drive new revenue opportunities and develop relationships with healthcare organizations.

• Managing the sales process from discovery to close, including qualifying new opportunities, building consensus among multiple stakeholders, creating tailored proposals, and closing sales within large imaging center groups, hospitals and health systems.
• Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders and executives.
• Presenting tailored demos of PocketHealth to executives of prospective customers.
• Working with prospective customers to understand their existing technology systems (EMR, PACS, etc.) and image exchange processes in detail.
• Building customized proposals for enterprise clients, including how PocketHealth would fit within their existing technology systems & image exchange workflows and the impact we would make for their staff & patients.
• Thinking strategically about your territory growth strategy, and working with senior management on how to leverage the network effects of our image sharing product to generate new business around existing clients.

Enterprise Account Executive

Marketing

Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns for a patient-centric healthcare platform.

• Building and managing targeted campaigns at strategic accounts to drive patient acquisition and strengthen partner relationships with our provider client base.
• Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Marketing to build a customer segmentation model, identify and prioritize key strategic accounts, and create customized integrated campaign strategies across various persona types, including front-line staff, hospital management and physicians.
• Leveraging specific marketing tactics to drive patient and staff awareness at specific hospital sites, including customized communication assets, competitions and event marketing.
• Developing and managing our customer advocacy program to increase customer engagement and participation in key initiatives, including a Customer Advisory Board, referrals, testimonials and speaking opportunities, and to accelerate pipeline and upsell opportunities.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign and program performance, adjusting tactics to optimize results, drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs.
