Description
• Help cities and counties across the United States to serve their communities better with modern software. • GovWell is the primary workspace and system of record for our users - government staff typically use it 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Additionally, thousands of citizens use GovWell to access government services. • You will manage 3-6 month implementations of GovWell and ensure our customers’ long-term success by providing ongoing support. • As new customers start using GovWell, you’ll see the direct impact of your work when GovWell transforms their daily workflow. • Make an impact in an underserved, but societally important industry. • We deserve effective, transparent government, but the overwhelming majority of cities and counties lack the modern software necessary to deliver it. Requirements
• A relationship-builder who enjoys working in a customer-facing role. • A superb project manager with a strong attention to detail. • A fast learner who can grasp new concepts quickly. • A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas, not just following the standard playbook. • You’d rather have a challenging adventure than “rest and vest.” • You're motivated by having a positive impact in the world. • Previous experience with customer relationship management and complex project management • Evidence of scrappiness and work ethic, a “whatever it takes” mentality • Passion for our mission of making government more effective • Strong alignment with our Core Values.
