Description

• We are searching for a hands-on Client Success Manager to join our Professional Service team. • Responsible for all phases of the client life cycle including implementation, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management. • Understand the customer’s business objectives and maintain accountability for successful implementation and use of our health predictive analytics products. • This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing role in the health insurance/benefits admin/ health care industry • Prior experience working in a project management/account management role • Strong Excel experience; running data analysis, building reports, data formatting (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce • Organized, strong communication skills, documentation • Highly organized with a strong ability to establish, meet, and exceed time-dated objectives • Customer service driven with an ability to build relationships • Excellent oral and written communication skills
