Description
• Responsible for overseeing a $50+ million annual budget • Accountable for financial, investment, and risk management operations • Develop and drive the organization’s financial strategy • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, analyses, and reports • Ensure accurate and timely production of accounting information and financial reports • Act as a steward of the culture at WorkMoney
Requirements
• At least 10+ years of financial management in a senior leadership capacity • Senior financial management experience with an organization with operations in excess of $20M • Extensive knowledge of financial planning and management systems along with accounting and financial reporting procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of and experience with management of an investment portfolio • Experience in collaborative problem-solving and working in a dynamic, agile environment • Commitment to the mission and safeguarding the culture of WorkMoney
