Requirements
• 12+ years experience in finance or related roles • 5+ years in team leadership roles • Strategic leader with financial and fiscal management expertise • Ability to articulate complex financial information • Compliance with regulatory and reporting obligations • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and tax planning • Strong team management and organizational leadership skills • High level of alignment with organization's mission and values
