Description

• Provide technical support to customers in North America • Understand customer's business and troubleshoot technical issues • Explain technology products to all types of users • Assess customer's current machine infrastructure • Prepare and order equipment needed for installation • Guide customers through installation process • Perform initial configuration and data check • Troubleshoot installation for inaccurate readings or signal strength • Configure additional users and implement best practice settings • Troubleshoot system configurations and support feature upgrades • Build documentation regarding installation, troubleshooting, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-4 years operational experience in factories • Entrepreneurial attitude • Team oriented and self-directed • Customer focused • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Experience in electrical and telecommunications systems • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (nice to have) • Background knowledge of manufacturing operations (nice to have) • Familiarity with design thinking tools (nice to have) • Startup environment experience (nice to have) • SaaS / PaaS or big data experience (nice to have) • Background and training in ICT preferred • Microsoft Excel experience • Data analytics skills
