Description

• Halo is looking for a Partnerships Lead to manage, engage and expand its global network of ecosystem partners - universities, accelerators, associations, etc. - and help shape new product features based on their unique needs and interests • Your primary role as the program director will be to foster relationships with ERIs, understand their unique challenges, manage the development of product features to address these challenges, and promote the use of the Halo platform among their administrators and faculty • Develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve project goals and then closely execute; Closely track and regularly report to internal stakeholders on progress toward overall project goals and milestones.

Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, or business development, preferably in tech, R&D, academia, or government • You have 5+ years of customer-facing experience (customer success, business development, or partnerships) • You have experiencing launching a new initiative or building something from scratch • You are a project management pro, known for your organization, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines • You can work cross-functionally with teams in product, marketing, sales, customer success, and business operations • You are a skilled verbal and written communicator and hold your own in a room with senior stakeholders • You have a bias for action and thrive in an unpredictable, fast-paced work environment • You are passionate about our mission to “move science forward” • You take your work seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously. While technically a job, this shouldn’t feel like work because you're inspired by the mission and energized by the challenge
