• Generate and develop new customer accounts • Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Maximize account potential and profitability • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed
Requirements
• Minimum of three years blue collar experience in outside sales • Previous experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, or related fields • Familiarity with CRM platforms • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent follow-up and hyper-responsive
