Description

• HappyCo is a company where people can grow their careers and work with like minded people, with no egos or politics. • HappyCo is values driven and offers a flexible, supportive culture. • Our SMB (small to mid-sized businesses) Account Executive will work directly with prospects and clients to learn about their current problems and establish how the HappyCo product line can help solve them. • Their duties include regularly meeting quotas, company goals and client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client.

Requirements

• A strong sales methodology and at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Experience closing deals greater than $20k • Experience selling to C-Level Executives at smaller companies and/or experience selling to prospects that have 250 - 3,000 units • Ideally 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a preference for multifamily, property management, or real estate industry experience • Experience selling to Owner/Operators or Fee Managers at a corporate level • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including with C-level executives • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Passionate belief in the HappyCo core values with unwavering commitment to quality and success • Ability to travel occasionally - up to 25% - primarily industry trade shows
