Description

• Lead and coach high-performing Account Executives • Drive growth and success of AI solutions in legal and professional services markets • Responsible for team's delivery on ambitious sales targets • Work directly with prospective customers • Scale enterprise sales teams • Build effective sales processes and solutions • Develop and document sales playbook • Cultivate a culture of development for direct reports

Requirements

• 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience • Experience training and coaching a high-performance enterprise sales team • Experience operating in an early stage, high-growth environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with the ability to successfully execute on a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology • Ability to lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with stakeholders ranging from executives across various functions to day-to-day product users • Demonstrated passion for AI and its potential applications in knowledge work
