• Support the daily operations of the office in a time of high volume
• Field communications - Answers first notice of loss calls and inputs detailed information into claims system
• Organize internal resources - Prepares accurate, clear, thorough, and concise reports and letters, and transcribes recorded statements
• Request documentation - Requests police/fire reports and other claim documentation as needed
• Perform other various operations - Completes other various tasks for claims teams upon request
