Description

• Lead Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee and optimize all aspects of revenue cycle management. • Optimize and Scale Insurance Operations: Drive continuous improvement and scalability of insurance operations. • Grow and Scale the Team: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of operations professionals. • Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with operational leaders at health plan partners. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across product, engineering, partnerships, and finance. • Drive Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead quarterly and annual planning for your department.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in operations or strategy at high-growth companies, preferably in health-tech, focused on revenue cycle management or insurance. • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, proven ability to recruit, manage, and develop top talent, including other managers. • Excel at building and nurturing strong relationships across diverse teams including product, engineering, data science, analytics, and finance. • Proven track record of setting ambitious targets, creating strategic plans, and driving team success. • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, embracing change and ambiguity. • Successfully built, scaled, and optimized operational processes in a tech-enabled environment. • Motivated by the opportunity to impact affordable mental healthcare. • Seek out opportunities to tackle unfamiliar challenges, navigate ambiguity, and shape outcomes. • Inspiring coach and team leader who motivates teams to exceed expectations.
