Description

• Provide guidance, support, and training to franchisees to help them achieve operational excellence. • Collaborate with franchisees to create business plans, set goals, and track performance. • Identify potential markets for franchise expansion and assist in the development of growth strategies. • Evaluate franchisee applications and conduct due diligence in the selection process. • Monitor and assess franchisee compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality control. • Identify areas for improvement and work with franchisees to implement necessary changes. • Analyze financial reports and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and implement strategies to improve franchisee profitability. • Ensure that franchisees adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. • Manage franchise agreement renewals and modifications. • Build and lead a high-performing franchise operations team. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, regional directors, and internal stakeholders. • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability. • Strong understanding of franchise systems, business operations, and financial analysis. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute operational plans. • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for franchises. • Willingness to travel as needed.
