Description
• Law Engagement Managers play a critical role building out our new vertical: you will be responsible for the strategic value creation and deployment of Hebbia for legal uses. In doing so, you will reimagine critical workflows in the legal space, help build a world-class team, and define the future of AI in law. • Highly motivated lawyers comfortable in a fast-growing and ambiguous environment are sought. The ideal candidate will be comfortable challenging the status quo and rethinking the way “things have always been done” in the legal space. This person will be the voice of the customer for law – understanding explicit and implicit needs for lawyers across practices to inform product requirements.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a legal setting, with a preference for some portion in larger corporate law firm (e.g., M&A, securities, intellectual property, finance) • Strong grasp on AI and the different applications of AI in the legal space • Excellent relationship management skills – including with senior-level stakeholders • Strong ownership mindset - you see problems or white space and make it yours • Excitement to own problems and white space: from blue sky ideation to driving in-the-weeds success with individual users • Innate bias towards action and impact, while working in a nimble and fast-paced environment
