Description

• Serve as primary finance leader for a specific geographic area • Support regional and branch management with forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, financial statement review and analysis • Provide Regional Vice Presidents with critical financial and operational decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA desirable • CPA and/or MBA or related advanced degree preferred • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred • Five (5) to Eight (8) years in a similar position with senior financial responsibilities • Must have experience in delivering projects and initiatives that deliver measurable financial results with a focus on driving organic growth • Healthcare industry experience beneficial but not required • Working with Private Equity-backed companies beneficial but not required • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint essential; experience in Workday, Oracle/NetSuite, Power BI, or other financial accounting software
