Description
•Help biomedical researchers with histopathology •Apply expertise in tissue-based advanced staining assays •Maintain quality control and expand products and services •Coordinate orders and client communications •Work with engineers, pathologists, and senior management
Requirements
•MS degree in scientific field (e.g. cancer biology, neuroscience, immunology) or BS with Experience in the histopathology field •Research or work experience with histology or immunohistochemistry strongly preferred. •Experience using antibodies and probes •Experience with multiplex IHC/IF assays a major plus •Any general Histology or Immunology experience •Excellent communication skills and works well in a team environment •Experience in project management and working with pathologists •Experience planning, developing protocols, executing and writing reports for histology studies •Experience with Leica Biosystems Bond autostainer and ACDs ISH systems (Basescope, RNAscope, FISH) •IHC assay development experience in Pharma/Biotech •Experience in QC and image analysis using automated software such as HALO
