Description

• Educate and convince partners on innovative elderly care service. • Build relationships with Franchise Owners and influence business model adoption. • Solve problems collaboratively with internal teams to eliminate challenges for transactions. • Develop and execute a Quarterly Plan including goal setting and risk identification. • Drive insights to improve Franchise Owner experience and conversion lead time. • Collaborate with GTM team, Marketing, and Creative Services to build compelling content.

Requirements

• Ambitious, high energy, strategic thinker with experience in start-ups or fast-paced environments. • 7+ years experience in healthcare, technology, and/or services related business, working in various roles. • 3+ years of direct Business Development or Sales experience with a proven track record. • Strong understanding of SMB P&Ls with experience reviewing, assessing, and making recommendations. • Strong communication skills; ability to manage relationships with executives and partners. • Strong analytical skills required; proficiency with tools such as Looker, SQL, and Python a plus. • B.A./B.S. degree in technical or business fields; MBA preferred.
