Requirements

• You thrive in a foundational role supporting diverse, cross-functional teams as your customers, and possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • You have at least 6 years of professional experience within a product-centric company. • You’ve been a key contributor to the design and implementation of large, complex projects. • You are comfortable working in and refactoring legacy, monolithic code. • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. • You’ve built and maintained production-grade features in Python or have transferable experience in common languages like Node.js and are willing to learn Python. • You have experience building distributed systems and cloud services like AWS, GCP. • You value leading through influence, have empathy for your customers, and take pride in building solutions that drive impact through enthusiastic adoption. • You have experience defining, instrumenting and measuring standards for quality, security, scalability, and availability with a focus on delivering business value. • You have experience working with an RPC architecture. • You work at or have worked at a technology startup and familiar with the challenges of evolving platform maturity. • You have first hand experience navigating multiple distributed architecture patterns.
