Description

• Lead global Alliances and Strategic Partnerships function at Hootsuite • Provide executive leadership to the team that is responsible for the growth and management of Hootsuite’s relationships with our social networking partners • Set and achieve a strategy, vision, and objectives for the Global Alliances & Strategic Partnerships function • Responsible for managing revenue associated with our partners • Manage, recruit and retain a cross functional team • Provide a framework and direction to the team for partnership plans • Own the creation and communication of Hootsuite’s Alliances strategy • Provide leadership in building scalable processes and models • Lead contract negotiations • Guide and direct the Solution Architect function • Oversee the product management & development of proprietary apps by 3rd Parties • Create conditions to attract and foster a community of developers

Requirements

• Advanced level of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Extensive senior partnership and/or product experience, preferably in high-growth and fast-paced B2B SaaS environments • Exemplary track record as people leader who has consistently built, led and developed high performing teams • Experience building strategic partnerships, working with API’s, executing commercial agreements, and recruiting new partners at scale • Commitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results. • Accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments • Negotiation: successfully obtains commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships • Open Communication: you are able to clearly convey thoughts, both written and verbally, listen attentively and ask questions for clarification and understanding • Inclusive Leadership: Builds inclusive, cohesive teams which apply diversity to achieve common goals • Play to Win: Capably delivers results through others, is good at establishing clear direction, helping others achieve their best work • Long Range Planning: Identifies key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; Builds an integrated plan for course of action to accomplish this vision • Enablement: Challenges and supports others to create results but also develop new capabilities.
