• Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth. • Work closely with the team to develop high-impact content tailored for B2B audiences. • Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and demonstrate proven success in B2B campaigns. • Ensure tasks are efficiently prioritized and completed on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience). • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles • Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing. • Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies. • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently. • Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects.
