Description

• Position the value of HubSpot's software and customer journey to small-size businesses • Prospect, qualify leads, and conduct discovery calls • Run demos for prospective customers • Manage pipeline of outbound and inbound prospects • Educate and guide prospects through sales cycle • Close net new business at or above quota level • Partner with marketing and technology departments on sales strategy • Bring innovative ideas to advance company values and culture • Work in a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of self-sourced, outbound leads experience • At least 1 year of majority net new closing experience • Desire and commitment to succeed in sales • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills • Track record of being a Top Producer in current role • Positive outlook and ability to take responsibility for outcomes • Focus on goals and belief in daily activities contributing to them • Proactive in identifying and addressing skill gaps
