Executive Assistant

Manage executive workflows, meetings, and travel logistics for a game development studio.

• Responsible for managing executives’ diaries, logistics of executive meetings and remote travel; scheduling leadership interpersonal conferencing, assisting with work space projects and project managing initiatives laid out by our executives.
• Managing all executive meeting schedules and appointments
• Assisting in the preparation of materials for meetings
• Accurately recording minutes from executive meetings
• Collaborating with the Events and Facilities team to oversee and organize executive-level company travel
• Managing projects based on initiatives outlined by the Executive team
• Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence to public inboxes
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
