• Design compelling, innovative, and engaging designs based off an established creative brief • Create custom typography, logos, color palettes, patterns, and photographic treatments for branded style guides • Be an excellent storyteller both verbally and visually, bringing ideas to life using sketches, comps, presentations • Demonstrate strong presentation skills to effectively communicate creative ideas, and move the needle within the creative team and with less design-fluent stakeholders • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Project Managers, and Production Team to deliver industry-leading creative work efficiently and in a timely manner
• 5+ years of design experience developing brands, style guides and branded experiences. • A bachelor’s degree in communication design, graphic design, fine arts, or an equivalent field. • Strong portfolio with engaging, conceptually driven content that shows range, diversity, and a passion for creativity. • Motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable, able to work independently and in highly collaborative settings. • Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex information into meaningful concepts, ideas, and designs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often juggling multiple priorities and successfully balancing immediate short-term needs while maintaining a strategic vision for long-term projects. • Fluency in Adobe CC programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. • Have a basic understanding of print and digital production standards such as color modes (CMYK, RGB, Pantone), bleed, packaging links, etc. • Must have basic knowledge and understanding of Keynote. • Must be willing to work full-time in the NFL League office in New York City.
