Description

• The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting our seasonal hiring processes and managing logistics for Early Career Programs. • This role focuses on job requisition creation, issuing rehire offer letters, facilitating compensation discussions, and coordinating all administrative tasks for intern and rotational programs. • The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of these programs and contributes to the strategic hiring needs of the organization. • This role will be part-time (3 days/week with specific hours) in-person in the NYC office.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred. • Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR operations role, with a focus on seasonal hiring and/or early career programs. • Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, particularly for job requisition and interview scheduling. Proficiency in Greenhouse is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience coordinating early career programs or similar initiatives is a plus. • Other Key Attributes / Characteristics • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and intense environment • Proactive and ability to take direction • Stellar teamwork and collaborative skills
