Description

• As a Senior Product Manager, lead strategy for digital identity products. • Own the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to deployment. • Lead the development of authentication protocols, APIs, and associated documentation. • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. • Develop and advocate for the business case for product improvements. • Articulate complex requirements into actionable plans for development teams. • Facilitate product-related events and stakeholder communication. • Foster collaborations with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver solutions. • Engage directly with B2B clients to gather feedback and drive product evolution. • Communicate insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university. • 5+ years of product management or relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully shipped AI/ML products, especially in facial recognition or liveness detection. • Demonstrable experience in the B2B sector, ideally within Fintech, Identity, or Security projects. • Experience with key security concepts, including secure by design, OWASP best practices. • Familiarity with laws around biometrics and identity, security and privacy. • Exceptional English communication skills; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus. • Proven ability to work with technical teams, manage product lifecycles, and execute projects successfully. • A dynamic, fast-learning individual capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
