• Lead sales and marketing operations to optimize processes and drive business growth • Manage and improve CRM systems like Salesforce and Marketo • Analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights • Resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance system performance • Develop account-based growth strategies and lead generation programs • Provide strategic support to marketing and sales teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce • 2+ years experience with marketing automation tools (eg. Marketo, Hubspot) • Highly analytical and a natural problem solver • Proven track record of designing and implementing new operational best practices • Solid understanding of the tech landscape and current tools • Self motivated and able to work autonomously in a startup-like environment
