Description

• Work end-to-end design projects, collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements. • Gather user feedback, advocate for our users, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas. • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across all products and platforms. • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, business needs, and data analysis. • Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience. • Build and maintain our design system.

Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role in designing complex web and mobile applications • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Figma • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, asynchronous and agile environment • You are a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively • Experience in designing for Trading/DeFi/CEX/Crypto/Fintech products • Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi) • A crypto user
