Description

• Create world class customer facing documentation which would delight and excite customers • Remove ambiguity in understanding things by documenting things and hence making the teams more efficient and effective • Convert tacit knowledge to implicit knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in SQL and ETL / Python / BI support • Analytics Tools (Sisense, Power BI or Tableau) – (Good to have) • Support Processes (SLAs, OLAs, Product or application support) • Collaborating with Product Managers, SMEs & BAs to create clear & concise written material. • Maintaining appropriate versioning of the documents to be synced with the product version. • An ambitious person who can work in a flexible startup environment with only one thing in mind - getting things done. • Excellent communication skill - Written and verbal. • Comfortable to work in night shift and rotational shifts.
