• Lead the strategic product vision and execution for the User Journey Group. • Manage extensive product portfolios and drive innovative solutions. • Shape the User Journey strategy and lead cross-functional teams. • Foster innovation and lead initiatives that enhance market position. • Develop and execute a product strategy for meaningful KPI growth. • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to enhance product performance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in digital media, with a strong track record in managing product portfolios and driving user-centered product innovations. • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing large teams and influencing company-wide initiatives. • Strong analytical abilities and experience in utilizing consumer insights to guide product development. • Excellent communication skills, adept at high-level negotiations and public speaking. • Experience and proven ability to build and maintain positive and progressive team culture in a remote/hybrid environment.
