Description

• Oversee and communicate hardware product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Chart a plan that achieves business growth through hardware sales and engagement. • Oversee the development and launch of new products while monitoring sustaining and end-of-life initiatives on existing products. • Improve Hardware Product Management processes and templates, such as PRDs and business cases. • Guide the team through tough cost/quality/timeline tradeoffs and decisions. • Work closely with engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, and engineering program management partners to organize, operationalize, direct, and empower the whole team • Lead and nurture a hard-working team of 4-6 PMs, while developing their careers and skills. • Effectively collaborate with other leaders across the Product organization and broader company. • Operate with a members-first mindset, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and decisions • Be a source of truth and champion for hardware within the business. • Stay on the pulse of the fitness equipment industry and related technologies, keeping a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience • Minimum of 3 years of leadership and team management experience • Experience managing a team of product managers, leading with transparency and inclusivity • Track record of building and launching electro-mechanical hardware • Experience with global sourcing and manufacturing • Outstanding written and verbal communication in small and large group settings • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by deep experience with qualitative and quantitative user research • Dedication to user experience through a strong focus on customer satisfaction
