Description
• Reports to the Controller to enhance the Accounting department • Collaborates with Accounting teams to develop efficient processes and system solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Computer Information Systems • Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibilities in operational accounting • At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and/or system implementations • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and effective control setups • Proficient in leveraging financial systems to implement technical policies • Proven track record as a change leader with strong influence on leadership and project teams • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with significant analytical and interpersonal abilities
