• Oversee employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding • Manage talent acquisition and application tracking system • Support performance management and training • Maintain People Ops internal wiki • Monitor internal communication channels
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of experience in human resources and recruiting • Strong attention to detail • Time management skills • Ability to context switch • Proactive attitude • Top notch verbal and written communication • Experience with HRISs and recruiting tools
