Description
• Play a key role in managing general projects • Draft corporate governance documents including board meeting minutes • Prepare initial drafts of Section 16 filings and coordinate other SEC filings • Organize, manage, and optimize various Legal Team projects and processes • Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows involving the Legal Department • Assist with the tracking of Intellectual Property • Other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Corporate Paralegal for a U.S. public company • Familiarity with federal, state, and local corporate rules/SEC filing procedures • Past experience working in the adtech/martech space • Past experience working with Workiva, LinkSquares, and Salesforce software • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Accepts ownership of projects • Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to changing situations • Ability to work with detailed information accurately and efficiently • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships • Must be able to work well both as part of a team and independently • Flexibility for working outside of regular work hours may be required
Benefits
• New York Applicants: Salary range $69,300 - $118,800 • Additional benefits may vary based on location and experience
