Description

• Drive revenue in a D2C Brand • Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies with a focus on Meta media buying • Lead Performance Marketing Strategy across key channels including Meta, Google, and Amazon • Optimize the customer journey from first touch to retention • Manage external agencies to meet specific KPI targets • Implement retention strategies utilizing email marketing and other tools • Collaborate with the CEO for performance execution

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing • Proven experience scaling an e-comm brand beyond 7 figures • Available to overlap work with 8 am - 5 pm MDT (40 hours a week) • Accepting of Christianity • Access to a computer • Reliable internet connection • Reliable and distraction-free work environment • Strong ethical standards • Transparent decision-making and communication • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies, provide feedback, and keep the CEO informed. • Able to navigate a fast-paced environment • Adaptable and flexible • Resilient under pressure • Resourceful and ability to think outside the box

Benefits
