Description

• Define, execute, and optimize demand generation strategy using industry best practices that are effective for B2B SaaS revenue growth • Own budget, annual strategy, and quarterly execution plans for the demand gen function • Develop & launch integrated digital marketing campaigns • Manage all demand gen channels, such as email, direct mail, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, major conferences/trade shows, and ABM • Own our website operations to grow traffic, drive conversion rate optimization & campaign effectiveness • Initiate multivariate testing within campaigns to maximize lead capture and traffic conversion • Maintain and implement sales & marketing systems for accurate program execution • Leverage performance marketing to expand current channels through ongoing optimization and unlock new sources of growth • Define the buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for the different stages of the journey • Collaborate with content marketing, working with stakeholders to help shape materials to support account engagement, demand gen, and pipeline programs • Build a clear understanding of demand gen goals, success metrics, and impact across the organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience driving revenue with demand generation campaigns for B2B technology companies, preferably with high growth start-ups • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity marketplace including concepts, trends, and challenges • Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing revenue growth strategies in SaaS environments to drive digital traffic, content conversion, and brand awareness • Ability to develop and optimize marketing and sales strategies across key channels, e.g. SEO, SEM, Social, email, etc. • Experience successfully driving social engagement across multiple platforms that target enterprise buyers • Experience leveraging external partners to develop a agile wheel of productivity • Experience leveraging marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other common tools • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize performance • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
