Description

Understand the technical features of products and services being sold in-depth. Be the product expert in sales engagements to answer business and technical questions, create & deliver custom demonstrations, articulate business value propositions, and provide technical competitive differentiation. Partner with the sales team in business development activities and assist them in conversations with prospects by providing relevant technical information. Work on building organizational and technical writing skills to execute business-critical RFPs and RFIs, maintain a complete and accurate database of responses. Leverage learnings from prospect and customer interactions and apply that knowledge to prospective customer communications. Provide prospect and customer feedback to internal stakeholders from the Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Be involved in other sales-related functions including client events and tradeshows as well as other key initiatives. Effectively document client expectations, solutions sold, and perform proper handovers to delivery after successful sales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total technical experience (at least 3+ years in Sales Engineering) • Are extremely self-motivated. • Have the ability to learn quickly. • Are passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking. • Have worked in a B2B SaaS startup environment. • Have outstanding problem-solving abilities. • Come from an engineering background, computer science (mandatory). • Have a track record of successfully selling Enterprise Software; Experience selling to Financial Services is a plus. • Can understand the technical aspects of the product and handle technical questions during demos with ease. • Have the ability to engage in value-driven conversations with CXO level executives. • Can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentation skills. • Are adept at the art of small talk and can converse with anyone with ease. • Can acclimatize and adapt quickly and are willing to be a part of our ambitious growth plans.
