Description
• The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products or services, engage customers, and drive conversions. • This role involves creating compelling email content, managing email databases, and analyzing campaign performance to improve engagement and ROI. • The work you will do includes Campaign Development, Content Creation, List Management, Automation, Performance Analysis, A/B Testing, Compliance, Collaboration, and Customer Insights.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) required. • Experience using email marketing tools and software (e.g., Litmus) to manage campaigns a strong plus. • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing optimization techniques • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template designs • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices • Analytical mindset and able to interpret and act on data • Strong project management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines • Excellent copywriting and editing skills. • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Project Management preferred • Certification in SFMC (preferred) • Knowledge content management strategies (preferred)
