• Partner with leaders and provide guidance in career planning, performance management, and employee relations. • Quickly and effectively form relationships to understand team performance and retention-related needs. • Collaborate and lead development of strategic People programs. • Identify and navigate employee relations issues with an empathetic approach. • Integrate with the People team in Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition.
• A minimum of 3-5 years as a business partner or similar. • Ability to quickly form relationships at all levels of the organization to drive change. • Ability to create, implement and evaluate People related projects and programming with autonomy.
