• Serve as a strategic partner in HR services • Partner with leadership across Engineering • Build relationships and advocate for employees • Provide consultative HR solutions • Analyze employee data for performance improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 5-8+ years of HR or relevant experience • 2+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role • Prior experience supporting a technical function • Ability to build scalable processes • Willingness to influence and advocate for philosophies • Passion for problem-solving in a creative way • High level of integrity and handling confidential information • Passion for working efficiently with great tools
