Description
• Provide effective project management and financial strategy and coordination across all company departments. • Create and implement financial models for project financing. • Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities. • Analyze operational and financial (program budget and planning) data. • Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities, monitor the progress and timeline, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. • Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis and deal structure. Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and drive deal closure. • Proactively communicate with and set expectations for internal and external audiences during the deal execution process. • Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations. Conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis. • Influence and drive key decisions for project execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred • 5+ years project and program management experience • Experience in leading complex finance and reporting initiatives • Business process reengineering • Experience in crypto currency & related distributed ledger technologies • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required • Experience with finance systems and reporting, particularly in technology / software sector/ healthcare/ or production
