Description

• Highly motivated individual with a business background • Excellent communication skills • Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax • Provide expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms • Enhance brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes • College degree a plus • Background in business, finance, accounting, or tax • Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts • Familiarity with form 1040 and schedules • Strong customer service skills • Experience preparing federal and state returns (1040) • Prior tax preparation experience in a retail setting a plus • Experience providing support in a call center environment a plus • Strong research skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving • Willingness to utilize audio/visual tools • Comfortable interacting with customers through video • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus
